Camp La Jolla Fitness Camp

At Camp La Jolla fitness health camp we are not about dieting we are about fitness for life! Our extensive fitness camp facilities are one of the many reasons why Camp La Jolla is the perfect location for getting in shape, losing weight, and having an unforgettable fitness camp vacation. At Camp La Jolla, we offer a variety of noncompetitive classes such as tennis, soccer, yoga, aerobics, spinning, kickboxing, basketball, volleyball, soccer, kickball, weight training, power walking, kayaking, field hockey, flag football, hiking, swimming, and surfing, to name a few.

At Camp La Jolla you will safely and easily learn the fundamentals of fitness:

  • Low intensity movements to warm up the body.
  • Toning activities to effectively increase muscular strength.
  • Endurance exercises for all the major muscle groups.
  • Cardiovascular conditioning to strengthen the heart and burn calories.
  • Stretching exercises performed slowly, to prevent injury, and increase flexibility.
