Behavior Modification - Motivation and Training for Losing And Keeping Weight Off

When it comes to weight loss, it is important to understand the many factors that influence the way we eat. At Camp La Jolla, we provide behavior modification classes that allow our campers to take a closer look at themselves and their eating behaviors.

Weekly behavior modification and Life Skills Classes provide the foundation for a successful lifestyle change. Our behavior modification instructors facilitate insightful group discussions that motivate campers to make positive lifestyle changes and reach their full potential.
